Booking Guidelines
- Appointments:
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
- A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is successfully booked.
- Deposit:
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service.
- Deposits must be paid at the time of booking.
- Late Arrivals:
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to accommodate other clients.
- Cancellations:
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-Show Policy:
- Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be required to pay a fee before rebooking.
